Rented a tree dolly that I was told was made in house that worked better than a professdolly purpose built dolly I rented from another place in a different city. I was able to rent a manual sod stripper for a small area, instead of having to rent a huge motorized sod stripper. I appreciated the range of tools they offered. Price very reasonable as well

I rented a chainsaw to cut the stump. I picked the tool around their closing hour. When I started using it, the chain was found to be blunt. It could not even make a staight cut. On the second stroke, the string to start the chainsaw broke. I specifically told what i need the tool for, and when i came back to return it, i was told that it can't be used for that. Very disappointed as I'm still charged for the rental even when it was broken and of no use.

We like to support small businesses. But when you charge more then double then the box stores. That's when the support stops.
Needed 3 spark plugs. Your price was $30. Box stores were $15. For the same spark plug and brand. So we won't be supporting your high prices anymore!

Great staff, the guys their have been very helpfull and accommodating when I'm in need of a tool on the job, also with repairs, they were swamped with repairs and the part needed was taking longer then usual for delivery, I was granted a free rental, very appreciative for that, definitely sticking with them.for the long term.

I had been there before to rent some equipment and the gentleman (middle aged guy) was helpful and the equipment worked as expected. When I was there I noticed that they repair small engines and equipment. This time I came to this store to have a $500 power washer repaired.
I explained that I had no pressure from my power washer. The young guy told me that the pump was no longer working and it wasn't fixable as the pump cost more than the machine. I mentioned that I saw the pump online and it was around $100. He replied with "oh so your a consultant now".
I showed him a part on the pump that I had broken off and I was able to reinstall and asked him if that could have anything to do with the pump not working. He said it was an oil refill. Whent I was repairing this I looked it up and it was not an oil refill it was a pressure relief valve. I couldn't remember at the time so I didn't say anything. He also said that if I ran it with no oil in it that it would fry the pump. Further research, the pump is a sealed unit, no oil can be added to it and this wasn't a fill valve. So basically everything this man told me was false it was like he didn't want my business. I came home and ordered a pump for $104, watched the quick YouTube video on how to install it and had the thing repaired in 15 minutes.
For rentals, sure this place is fine, for repairs stay away. Rude and not helpful. I won't be back for either!
