I was having trouble starting my mower and Brady came to my house and got it running, gave me advice, and didn't charge me. They are so kind there and I would strongly encourage people to stay local and support them if you have any small engine needs!!

After having an awfully timed snowblower issue, Toll Small Engines went out of their way to pick up, fix, and return our snowblower as the snowflakes started to fall before a major storm.
They were kind, professional, and had a great sense of humour. Their communication was great and they managed expectations well.
Finding them was a stroke of luck, as our regular small engine repair person takes the winter off, and we’re converts.
Thanks again to the crew, so happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

I brought a one year old generator for repair. A technician, who no longer works there, made a mistake but the company took ownership of the problem. However, there were long delays in the supply chain and the manufacturer kept sending the wrong part. I dealt with Matt who felt this was unacceptable and pushed for getting a new generator. It did work, the manufacturer agreed with Matt's rationale. I would have been satisfied with a quick repair but ended up with a brand new generator at no cost. Toll Small Engines do care about their name and reputation, I will definitely return. Thank you
