We love “Simply Gus RV”. This is our second time coming to see him with an issue on our RV while in Holidays from Cold Lake, AB and he had everything we needed. Also, the little shop his wife has is so cute.

We were traveling through and experienced a potential problem with our propane system. “Gus” stopped what he was doing and went right to work on our rig! Exceptional service, great Mountain View’s and a fun pro shop with lots of interesting trinkets and accessories. Very nice young man!

Tongue jack failed at camp. He happened to have the right replacement. 20-30 minutes later, I was on the road again. Great customer service and pricing was very fair. Highly recommend this place. Cool looking pro shop with lots of camping supplies as well.

I didn't actually go to this RV shop, because I decided I would get the parts that I wanted to buy at Prince Rupert. But I can tell you that the telephone service was top notch. The guy, I assume it was Gus, was very friendly, personable and really wanting to help. The sad thing is that I got to position Rupert and discovered that there aren't any RV supplies there, so I kind of screwed myself by bypassing this place!

Came here looking for a replacement hinge. Dropped what they were doing to find me some parts that worked to get me back ont he road, along with some free tips about a squeaky slide! Wouldn't hesitate to return for future issues
