We had a truck break down 20 KM north of Merritt. I gave Ken a call and he dispatched a Tech right away and had my driver on the road within 2 hours. The Tech dispatched out was also very professional and advised my driver of what caused the issue. Ken & the Tech are very professional and respectful and did not charge me arm and leg. Will definitely be recommending Ken & Reliable Diesel Tech to my peers.

I don't usually leave reviews but lost a bearing on our trailer coming in to town. Ken at RDT was amazing in helping us. Took the time to fix us up and get us back on the road. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and honest shop. Thanks Ken.

Well, our lug bolts broke off our vehicle and Trevor from Reliable towing came to our rescue.
He went above and beyond to help us out. The tow truck was very clean. Trevor was very polite and was happy and talkative. Made our breakdown a little less stressful.

Service department made numerous calls that went unanswered. Called the number for reliable towing at same address and get told they are closed til Tuesday so definitely not a 24hr operation then.

Very attentive to your needs and has kept every promise .... zero comebacks .... we hooked up with Ken at RDT about a year ago with 2 water trucks working in town ...with huge pressure to keep them rolling and have no complaints .... they have sorted everything I have sent them
