A big thank you to Thomas who worked on my truck 05/02/24. He found a broken wire in the DEF system and got me rolling within 2 hours. Another repair shop where I was earlier that day had searched and diagnosed for 2 hours, didn't find the the problem and sent me on my way with the engine derating.
It was a good experience. Thanks Peterbilt Dryden !

Parts department was awesome and friendly asked the shop if they had a minute to change the nox sensor I had bought cause it requires a special socket he said yeah at 4o’clock it was 8am there’s a big snow storm incoming so I asked to borrow the socket to break the fitting loose he said they don’t lend tools so in the end I had to cut the sensor to put a normal wrench in in which cause me to not be able to get my core back cause i had to cut the wire. Awesome parts experience however don’t think I’d ever send any of my trucks in there to get worked on.

My truck was in derate. Managed to drive it in to this shop at about 6:30 pm Tuesday June 28. Young technician named Doug greeted me- I told him the issues I’d been having with after treatment for previous three weeks ( 4 shops, $2500 in parts and $2000 in labour). He agreed it must be wiring. Got me in and 3 hours later was rolling with no problems since- no parts required! Doug is a sharp guy and very professional and accommodating! Everyone else working that night were also very pleasant. I highly recommend this business!

Had a breakdown due to a faulty DEF feed line on my Western Star. They helped out the best they could with ordering the part and getting me fixed and out the door. They also shuttled me to the hotel as well no hesitation. I recommend using them if you need to great place and super friendly staff.

Twice I've limped my Freightliner in and twice they have got me going again.
Without a doubt this place is one of the better shops you'll find. They were friendly and most importantly good at doing what they do.
They are ideally placed where there is not much competition so they could easily screw you over, but they don't.
I don't really want to break down again but if I do I won't worry too much if I end up here again.
