Ryan emphasized the importance of communication in maintaining customer relationships.

After a lengthy five-month wait, they found their vehicle in worse condition than when they left it, raising concerns about the quality of service and care.

Dropped my boat off in Aug 2024 for some repairs. Called a few times over the winter for a follow up and never received a call back. Stopped by the office today to check on the boat in person and spoke to the owner. He said he has been working alone and is too busy….
Basically, dude communicate with your customers. It’s that simple. I will now haul my boat to someone else who will take my money. I also see you are always posting in Fb that you are closing the shop an hour early or taking a day off on a Friday or something.
He complained to me that its been only him working all winter. Well I dropped my boat off last summer….. Perhaps out a help wanted add up and hire some people.
Stop taking in work if you can't handle it. This is terrible business.
Also, maybe try to apologize to your customers. Most of us are forgiving and understand life happens. But with zero communication and no apologies I can't see you staying in business long.
Its just darn lazy to not communicate with your customers. Especially when you have possession of their property!

Once gave him a five star review but recently this business has gone down the drain. I don’t know what happened, but there used to be a team of great people with speedy service working for Kris and now it’s just him and the service and timeliness is abysmal.
Dropped off a 4wheeler for a simple carb clean and a new tube put in the tire in early April. Called in late May and asked how it was going and if he had an ETA and got yelled at- it was a very unhinged rant about how he’s the only person who works there and he’s only one person and can only do so much. I assured him I was patient but wondered if he had an idea of when it would be ready. He yelled at me not to call again and he would call when it was ready. I was pretty off put but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt- I am sure that it is stressful running your own business by yourself and he likely felt swamped and stressed when I called. I resolved to let it go and hope for the best since we have always received brilliant service from this business before.
Unfortunately 5 months went by and we finally had to call back in after the machine being gone all summer. He insisted he would have it ready that week. However when we went to pick it up he said it was finished and charged us over $200 and after payment went through he mentioned that “something” happened to the wheel and the brakes but we could just fix it ourselves. The “something” is somehow the entire brake on one wheel is jammed up together and the wheel doesn’t turn whatsoever because of it. This was not how the machine was brought in. What’s more is he also claimed he put a new battery in despite it having a new battery put in a year before- this battery he has in it has NO life in it whatsoever. I haven’t removed the carb yet but it doesn’t look like it was even cleaned but I can’t speak to that definitively.
I basically paid $200 for my kids’ quad to be stored out in the elements in a hot yard for 5 months and returned in unbelievably worse shape than when I dropped it off. I hope Kris the best but unfortunately we won’t ever be going back to mulisha.

This fella will help, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re from. The kindness and willingness to help others from Kris is beyond what you could imagine. A family man with a heart of gold and an excellent mechanic that the world would be lucky and very fortunate to have in every town. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality. I will always recommend you to anyone. Thank you for your kindness and generosity, it’s not gone unrecognized and I hope this message is atleast a small reflection of your incredible service kindness and willingness to show that not ever shop is out to get folks and that there’s at least one that just wants to see people survive. Keep up the great work and Granny and I will always hold and speak of you in high regards for all the kindness you show and give to even a total stranger. I definitely recommend this shop and more so the man behind it. Wonderful people that just don’t exist anymore.
Thank you

Kris is awesome. Top notch small engine mechanic. Brings in some really cool products. He even has a decent selection of used things with small engines from dirt bikes to lawn mowers in the back. Picked up an EGO power+ weed Wacker today. Some cool features like power string winder. No more taking the head apart to load string. Kick feed system makes advancing the line super easy. And carbon fibre bar to lighten the load. Gonna go and test it out today. Thanks for the great service as always.

After waiting for over 8 months for parts to fix our mower and hundreds of excuses we took it home. Wouldn't recommend this business.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality products and great service!! I have a yard care business and use many small engine machines, summer and winter work. I have dealt with other small engine repair shops and have never had any service that comes close to what Mulisha provides. I will not use another small engine repair company again.
Derrick, thank you for all the help over the phone and in person! You're great to deal with and i sure appreciate it.
Mulisha all the way!!
