The lady working the front desk was very knowledgeable and kind, I had brought in a cable off a tiller and she was able to find something similar in stock that i ended up making work! Will be going back!

Consider hiring more professional or knowledgeable staff. Very uninterested… first told me the model number doesn’t exist . When i shown her a picture she said “ ya i can order it you wont see it till next week. You will be better off going to honda down the road”

Well a lady who seemed to be annoyed that wanted a part so first impression was not good. Didn't have the part. Don't go there without the model number or they can't help you.

Spent 300 plus in October and when winter arrived my snowblower would not start. Checked and although they said that service included a spark plug replacement, the old one was left in and the reason it would not start was the gas line was plugged
Maybe try doing it yourself and save the money

Called looking for parts and asked price. Some woman who MAYBE needed a coffee break or a day or week off was very unprofessional. I asked if they carry sheer bolts for my snowblower and asked the price. The price was over double the price than what Lambert sells them for, I asked “wow are you sure , are you serious” ? She said “ya I SURE AM” I said “ oh wow ok, well Lambert sell them for less than half that price.” Very snotty she told me “ then go buy them there then “ and in a not so
professional manner. If you want to be talked down too and pay twice the price then go there. Shame on this woman for talking like this.

I took my mower in for repair since this is the store I had originally bought it from. Counter staff told me when I dropped it off it would be a couple days. Two weeks later I called and they had just ordered the part, expected the following week. Another week passed I called back and still no parts but expected this week . Couple more weeks I called back, and yes still no parts but expected this week. One more try another week later. Still no part but expected next day. Three days day after the parts arrived I received a call. Rather rude tone from the caller. Heavily marked up parts and labour for the final bill. Overall an experience that leaves customer service something to be desired.

Unbelievably rude front counter staff. I had to return my saw after 'repair and tune' because it was not fixed properly. 2 extra trips and the job was still not done. I talked to the manager and he wasn't much help either. When I went to pick up my saw the front counter staff were incredibly rude, swearing at me and telling me to get the F out of their store. I gladly did that and won't be back. I do NOT recommend dealing with these people who seem rude and incompetent. Be smart and take your business elsewhere. I'm sure the response to my negative review will be trying to make it sound like it was my fault like most other responses to poor customer service. Judge for yourself.
