L’un des pire garage avec qui on a fait affaire, une valve a air qui vaux 200$ il me la charger 600$ sur la facture, inspection du camion et remorque mal faite alors qui manque 2 roues au complet une de chaque coter il me l’a même pas mentionné sur le rapport d’inspection, il a fait une soumission a 16.000$ pour préparer un camion qui roulé déjà sois disant pour l’inspection de la saaq mais pas capable de repérer qui manque 2 roues sur la remorque, il m’envoie son stagiaire pour l’assistance routière qui es pas certain de quoi faire il a dû appeler son boss à plusieurs reprises pour lui demander quoi faire, certainement payer des miettes 20$/h ? pour que le big boss empoche le gros % a 2h30 plus de 350$ pour absolument rien réparé pour me dire faut emmener le truck au garage ( oui Mr) je suis le dindon de l’année ,
La 1ere chose qui demande quand on les appel numéro de carte de crédit sinon il bouge pas,
Il laisse les numéros au complet de la carte de crédit affiché sur la facture n’importe qui peut y avoir accès bravo les gars on peut comptez sur vous çà reflète l’image de l’administration en toute ça splendeur, protéger les données importantes des clients fait pas partie de leurs priorités,
le pire on paye une facture a 2200$ et il est même pas content puis il te parle avec une attitude de cochon ( prend ton truck et va t’en)
