It's an OK shop. They need to pay attention to details. Not impressed with the quality of the work.
Overcharged for simple jobs, $1000 labor for replacing an oil pan (which I purchased for $350 and picked up from Mercedes Winnipeg using a taxi) on a Mercedes Sprinter, which took one hour to remove and replace!!! and replacing tie rod.
When I first arrived at the shop after my van was towed there and asked him what's his assessment, he threw at me a curve ball saying I might need a new motor since the oil pan broke and oil drained (I hit rocks in a ditch an hour away from Winnipeg, and the motor shut off immediately (Mercedes safety design).
Taking advantage of people being out of province and strapped for time is not ethical.

I had an excellent experience today with this shop. I was in a pinch with a flat tire and they took me in right away even though they were busy. They went over and above to help me I am so so thankful for the owner and his son today! Excellent service highly recommend.

I truly believe he puts customer safety first.
Ethan is very friendly and just super nice.
All in all they take good care of you and your car (even give me a lift home after drop-off)

Ive taken my jeep here a few times. once for power steering, another for engine, and the last time for a different vehicle that needed tire repair. Customer service was always exceptional with honesty. They weren't able to repair my tire, and so they called another business to see if they could get me in. was always a great experience and i will always take my acadia here when i need!

I brought my vehicle there for something i was sure needed to be replaced. Turns out it was something totally different and not an urgent repair. They were honest enough not to push expensive repairs. Not many shops would do that. I'm a customer for life!
