Would not recommend going there at all. Better off paying your gas and going somewhere better. I Brought my bike in for a refresh, it Was great meeting with the owner (lorne) when I brought my bike in, he's very nice and responsive on calls, until he got a hold of my bike THEEEEEN everything went down hill from there, they lied to me about the time frame, they said it will only take a week but it took them 3 weeks just to rebuild the carb which cost me lots of money and cost me to miss my trip, and on top of that I called them to check on the bike one last time and ask them if the bike is ready all they said was they're sick of it and to grab my bike as is and discontinue to work on it and didn't even finish the job. so now I have to go and pay for another mechanic to fix Lorne's small engine shops mess.

Ask to get my ranger driveline fixed, needed two new u joints, easy fix. Needed machine back in under two weeks. Owner was nice, said to call in morning they could squeeze it in for me. Called the next morning and another guy said absolutley not! They wanted me to pay 175$ an hour to work on it over four days after hours. Lol I told him what Lorne said and he said well call back later cause lorne isnt here! Great customer service guys!! Holy. That's why I own 8 polaris sleds and 4 polaris side by sides and none were purchased or serviced and will never be done by lornes small engine! Thanks again...

After a positive first meeting with Lorne on August 24th 2021, he took my poorly running chainsaw and committed to run a carburetor kit through it. He told me that if the carb kit didn't work, he'd replace the carburetor. I did let him know that I needed the saw back by October 1st as I'd be leaving for a hunting trip.
I first checked in with him after two weeks on September 8th and he responded to my update request saying that he'd ordered a carb kit. That's the end of the positive things I can share and things took a turn for the worse after that.
On September 23rd I texted him asking for an update.
No Response.
I tried again on September 27th.
NO RESPONSE.
Finally today on September 28th he finally responded by telling me that he was sick and that I could take my saw someplace else if I wanted. Adding "s#!t happens." (I expect Google to edit this post if I spell out what he actually said.)
He had the saw for over a month and I have no idea if he even opened it up or ordered that carb kit because, when I went to pick my saw up it was sitting on the front porch and he was nowhere to be seen. (I guess some military veterans are braver than others.)
The most annoying part is that, if he'd responded last week when I started texting him, I might have had a chance to take it someplace else. Now, with three days before I leave on my trip, I'm getting laughed off the phone by other repair places.
My advice is this: **If you want to do business with someone who will be respectful to you and your gear , you should take your business elsewhere.** This guy doesn't give a damn about his customers. If you need further evidence of his disregard for his customers, just take a look at the screenshots of today's SMS exchange.

I don't know how they sleep at night. I got billed for emergency after hours shop rate at $175 an hour just because I needed my quad fixed asap, the hours that they actually worked on my quad was some time between 11am and 5 pm on a Thursday.
