It's a terrible and absolutely unprofessional service I've ever had. 2 months long story short: I ordered a vehicle dashboard and received pictures of the exact one I needed. After 2 weeks, when I received a call from the parts adviser that the parts had arrived, I sent my delivery guy to pick it up. However, the parts weren't there, and nobody was available to locate the order. The second time I received a call that the part had arrived, they pulled out the passenger airbag beside the whole dashboard. The third time, they provided the wrong dashboard, completely different from the original pictures of the order I received. When I called back, they claimed the part was damaged in the warehouse, but I'm sure that's a lie. There is no trust, no respect, just time-wasting. While I had a couple of orders with positive results before, I am now absolutely disappointed. And who can compensate for the money spent on delivery and time, not to mention mental health? Obviously not them. Everyone can make mistakes, but the only difference between a bad and a good business is that a good business will take responsibility for its mistakes and cover everything to preserve its reputation. Unfortunately, this is not the case with LKQ Autoparts.

They are a good bunch of people. Good prices and they will get you what you want. They will order a used part for you and it will arrive in a week or less was my experience. I will always use LKQ Pitt Meadows whenever possible from now on.
