Yes, always someone have a bad experience with mechanical repairs. I personally had to have my diesel truck repaired and was recommended HC. I have to say everything went excellent. I would highly recommended High Caliber for as diesel truck repairs. Yes, I do have to return the truck because of a concern but High Caliber stands by their repairs. Very strong team also got photos of the repairs in progress and very happy to past on my excellent experience with anyone who ask. Shawn and team HC. Thank you.

I was passing through while on a camping trip when i had an issue with my camper. Called the guys at High Caliber and they were able to slide me to get me back on the road. Great group to deal with and pricing was excellent.

This is by far the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever encountered first and far most the guy running it has no manners, respect or any idea what customer service is. Phone etiquette is the first red flag followed by poor quality of workmanship, complete absence of accountability & responsibility for damage caused by inexperienced employees. My advice start with a phone call after that listen to your gut! I wouldn’t trust this place with scrap metal.

Very excellent service. If you call with a question they try to answer, if they can't they try to fit you in as soon as possible. Very reasonable rates.
