Came in with my mower thinking it wasn't working. Turns out the mower has a grass build up around the blade. They cleaned it up and had it started in less than a minute. And they were nice enough not to even charge me.

Everything small engines had my lawnmower for all of summer of 2021, and I when I got it back it was still broken. Then I brought them another lawnmower in summer of 2022 to which again they had it for the whole summer which I received back a half fast slapped together fix, then when I pulled it out spring of 2023, it wouldn’t start, then brought it back which they AGAIN had it for the whole summer. If I knew fixing a lawnmower was going to take this long I would have just bought a new lawnmower. I wouldn’t trust these people to fix a bike with the chain fallen off. Word to the wise, find somewhere else to take your lawnmower. Unless you wanna pay for half fast service.

Brought my riding mower in to the shop in October, 2023. Steve said it he ordered parts and it would be ready for pickup in November. November came and he said December. In December he said January. In January he said he ordered parts (again) and it would be a few weeks. In March he said it would he done by April 19. On April 19 he said he just opened it up that day and ordered parts (again).
They had my mower for seven full months and didn't fix it, and gave me several different completion dates and told me on three occasions they just ordered parts and it would be ready soon. If it wasn't there on a warranty issue I would have brought it elsewhere.
Craftsman sent me a new mower due to their certified repair shop breaking the Canada Competition Act by taking so long on a warranty issue.
I have been going to this shop for years but their service has become garbage since the owner changed. If I have another warranty issue I'm bringing my unit to Brighton. Never going here again.

It was good service, I would have given it a higher rating, if it wasn’t for the extremely long wait time, I guess the parts were the problem, but I will use them again !!!

I was very impressed. I took in my lawnmower and a used chainsaw I just bought to be serviced. They called me back the next day and both were ready. When I picked them up they clearly explained the service they had given me. Before I took them home the owner made sure the issues with the lawnmower were resolved and that it was operating to my satisfaction. He also took time to review several features of the chainsaw and answered all my questions.

Great family owned business. The staff here are fantastic and very knowledgeable. They take the time to find parts for you, explain problems and the solutions to those problems. Great atmosphere in the shop. I have had many things fixed here and bought many parts here. I have never had an issue with the staff or product that I have purchased. I would highly recomend Everything Small Engines to anyone looking to have a small engine serviced.

It was 6 months, now another 6 months went by and it march of 2022 and still NO FILTER, I also called a month ago for a snowblower part and she said she would call me right back after looking it up, Still NO CALL 2 WEEKS LATER
I could of ordered the same filter at Amazon for cheaper but wanted to shop local, since then everyone i mentioned this to says
