I love this place, I buy all my power equipment here. Honest service too! took my snow blower there because it wouldnât start, finished sooner and cheaper than expected. An added plus is that itâs located near a bar so you can get loaded and surprise the wife with chainsaw on a drunken impulse buy...true story
2025 update: Still awesome, they fixed my zero turn mower. Super transparent on costs. Sent old parts home without request wow, the work was badly needed . Huge performance review. Love their pick up and drop off service. Saved my bacon!

I have bought equipment here and found it to be good quality, but my last experience was less than stellar. My club cadet pedals locked up and the mower was out of service. I called them to pick it up (1 week gone). The assessment, one small rod needed to be replaced (another week gone). Order the $25 part (two more weeks). Replace part (another week). Get it delivered back (one more week). Yup 6 weeks. They did give me a break on the bill. If you have a trailer, take your mower there and pick it up if you want to save some time.

The staff at Equipment express Cochrane are fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. I brought in 2 saws I inherited from a grandparent, one of which was not salvageable the other recieved a great servicing.
They went above and beyond in providing service, both to the machines and communication with myself. I will happily recommend this shop to anyone looking at chainsaws, and small engine servicing.

Have been hear twice over 5 years. My experiences were identical. Very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable staff. Friendly, polite and curtiouse. Knew this stock specifications inside and out so i felt able to make an informed decision on my purchase.

I read previous comments digging on the younger ones working there. Iâm sorry but I fully support hiring within our town promoting the youth and teaching them. Thanks for that! Also guy about calling, did you call during the Covid pandemic closures?! Iâve never had an issue getting through.

Iâm really glad my husband is alive. It was because I bought the mark II and only because of that. We brought our chainsaw in to Equipment Express in Cochran to get the chain sharpened and for $20 my husband could be dead. They didnât tighten the chain lug nuts up after sharpening the chain and the chain came off while he was using the saw. The guard was the only thing that saved his life. And now I need to buy a new chain because it broke when it hit the guard. I understand they are busy, however there is no excuse for not doing safety checks on a young employee work. I feel scared to every use there services again.
