Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Would Give Zero Stars if Possible

Several years ago, I purchased a trimmer from this location and had an awful experience with the individual on site. He was rude, short-tempered, and clearly uninterested in providing any level of customer service. I left that day vowing never to return.

Unfortunately, I recently found myself in need of small engine repair for my lawnmower and decided to give them another chance. I regret that decision. The same individual answered the phone and was just as rude and unprofessional as I remembered. His attitude and complete lack of customer care instantly reminded me why I had sworn off this place in the first place.

Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

I dropped off my lawn mower. Told it would take at least 7-10 day's before it would be ready. After a week I went in to see if they had a chance to look at it. The said they hadn't. I noticed at least 250 Mowers required service in there. Wow maybe it was bad timing. They said they'd call when it's done. After two weeks it was ready. I went to pick it up. They told me they cut at least a pass or two to test it. I tried it myself. Lot's of fluid came out of the exhaust while I ran it for two minutes. Then it cut out completely.
I called them about it. They told me to bring it back. Though the already cleaned out the carburetor completely. They worked on it 3-5 days before receiving it back. Told me it was not in clutch properly. Had to make an adjustment to it. Then it ran fine after that.
Not the greatest experience I must admit. Only charged me for the original maintenance. The customerxservice was good considering the circumstances involved. Lawnmower can be problematic even when they do whatever they can to get them going.

My lawn mower didn't start up this spring after sitting all winter. I dropped off the gas mower for service, and it was ready within a day or two. Great service. The gentleman who took care of me was very friendly, explained what was required. Overall, very satisfied. Great service, at a very reasonable price. I'd definitely return for future needs. They also have a good selection of tools. Drop by, worth the visit!

Took a chainsaw in for service after leaving a flat fee of 30.00 to troubleshoot it I had to wait a week before they called me told me it needed a new carburetor 243 dollars. They also told me it had low compression so its not worth fixing. I decided to order a new carburetor off Amazon for 25.00 delivery 3 days . Now I know its not an original carburetor but it runs just fine now. If they were such a great shop why wouldn't they have suggested that route? Obviously they don't care about their customers. I don't think I would recommend this company at all.

There are plenty of people willing to do a GOOD job elsewhere. I certainly DO NOT recommend this shop.

Had a snowblower I couldn't start, I saw Frank and his guys fixed me up in no time. My wife can start it in the first pull now, I think it runs smoother then when we first brought it home from the store. Great service, great prices! Highly recommended!!
