Save yourself the trouble. Their customer service is severely lacking. I ordered a belt. Last minute, last customer of the day, must have grabbed the wrong one. I try to exchange, met with hostility and kicked out of the store. New year, 6 months later, try to exchange again... Same rude individual. Sam. Stay away from them.

I wouldn’t bring these guys a hot wheels car to get fixed let alone something with an actual engine. Their prices are ridiculous they overcharge like crazy, now I know why the owner of the company is golfing every single day. The best part of the whole deal is the fact that they didn’t even fix the problem I came to them with in the first place! Wish I could put negative stars!

If I could put negative stars I would. I was ripped off and treated unfairly. Total crooks. Don’t go to this establishment. Unauthorized repairs $224 for a tune up on an old lawnmower. It would not start after their repair job And the handle for the pull cord came apart in my hand. I took it back to them and they charged me an additional $60. To repair the work that I payed for the first time
They were rude belligerent and dishonest. This kind of business does not belong in Sarnia

I asked the man at the counter for a small Carburetor gasket kit for my mower, he said $78!!!
I had sticker shock and told him , no way I'm paying that.
I ordered the exact same kit on Amazon for $19!!! That profit margin is extortionate.

Excellent service, highly recommend! My snowblower was picked up with 48 hours of my call (October 2023). I spoke with Sam and advised that my snowblower was not starting and was inquiring in relation to having the unit looked at and tuned-up. To my surprise, the snowblower was returned promptly in excellent working condition. The Cutting Edge performed a tune-up which included a new plug and oil change. The starter was inspected along with all seals and belts. They flushed the tank and greased the drive, auger and bearings as well as cleaning the carb. The above service was performed for a very cost effective price. The pick up and delivery driver (Dave?) was also very service oriented. Thanks!
