I can only describe this outfit as a complete cluster unorganized company! I was sent by Canadian Tire to drop my snow blower off to do some warranty work.
The were told multiple times what was wrong with it. It would not always go into gear and needed new wheels as the wheels spin inside the tire.
After not hearing from them in 2 weeks, i went back to see if it was ready. They were completely oblivious as to what work had to be done and completely forgot why it was there.
I refreshed them and also gave them the manual so they could also order the wheels. Another 2 weeks go by and i have still now heard from them.
I go back yet again and still no work had been done and no wheels ordered. One of the staff there also had a really bad attitude. I left it there and told them again what was wrong with it.
Just over another week later i go back and it still not done. However this time a staff member did order the new wheels on the spot as they knew they had messed up.
I picked up the snow blower and advised i would return once the parts are in.
The next morning it snowed, just to find they had still not even fixed the gears!

Always helpful and honest. Warranty work done by them was not honoured by Canadian Tire. Cumberland did the repair anyway, and delivered the snowblower during the first major storm. Thankfully.
