Called on Easter Monday .
Dropped our trailer and headed down. Mechanic was right in time and very friendly despite the fact we clearly had interrupted his long weekend. Efficient friendly and professional. Great experience!
We were out less than two hours for the same job that took six hours at another dealership
And we wouldn't have even met had that first dealership not installed aftermarket cheap parts so... Hearst garage

Eric and his crew are fast, speedy, efficient and thorough! Haven’t had to complain about them yet. They offer 24 hour roadside assistance as well. If you are ever in need, stop in and talk to the friendly folks at Hearst Central Garage. If they are unable to help you out, they will say so and tell you where who can help you out. If you’re as lucky as I was, they’ll even call the next garage (they referred you to) on your behalf! Great place to go as they take a lot of pride in their staff and customers.

I have been in this place for repairs before they seem like competent mechanics they don't do a lot of extra work that's not necessary they fix your truck and they get you out the door in my eyes that is a very good shop. The other advantages they are dog friendly so you can sit in the waiting room with your pet

Very expensive. Labor cost too high. Don’t go there, they will remove your clothes. They spent 8 hours on 2 hours job. 2 hours on just 2 screws of Licence plate hanger and 6 hours on trailer back lights. Totally garbage my day and money too.
